Application of the Terms of Use

By visiting the website and using its features, the user agrees to these terms of use. This website is offering a combination of leadership training and accommodation. The services are billed separately. Therefore separate terms & conditions apply as described below.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
1. We require 25% (per person) deposit payment on booking (non-refundable and non transferable).
2. The final balance of 75% (per person) should be paid in full 2 months before the beginning of the retreat. Extra bookings within the final 2 months should be paid fully at the time of booking.
3. If the final number of people that attend and pay for your retreat is less than the number that you booked for, then you will be liable to pay for the full number, unless we are given prior warning:
Notice of reduced numbers 0 – 30 days before start date of retreat 0% refund
Notice of reduced numbers 31 – 60 days before start date of retreat 50% refund on reduced numbers (minimum is 8 students)
Notice of reduced numbers 60 + days before start date of retreat 100% refund on reduced numbers (minimum is 8 students)
4. Any specific menu requirements should be requested at least 30 days before the beginning of the retreat.
5. Please do not bring your own masseurs or any other therapists without first having our approval.
6. We reserve the right to use any of the accommodation that is not secured by deposit.
7. To book the whole retreat centre (and hold a completely private retreat where all accommodation is exclusively available to the retreat group only), the retreat organizer is required to specifically organize this with us, and either fill the whole place, or pay the equivalent amount.
8. We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, and threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond our control. The same applies to guests’ injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the holiday, as well as loss of /or damage to personal property of guests.
9. We expect each retreat member after arrival to fill in a form stating that his physical conditions and swimming skills are well for surfing. Moreover we expect all members to follow the advise and instructions of the surf teachers during the lessons to avoid injuries and accidents.
10. Whilst it is unlikely that we shall have to make changes to bookings or other matters, we reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall inform you as early as we are able to in the event that this is necessary. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances we will refund 100% of your payment or offer an alternative arrangement. We are not to be held liable for flight costs.
11. At our discretion we reserves the right to give concessions and last minute discounts. This does not automatically entitle other guests to the same concessions or discounts.
12. Anybody causing excessive disturbance within the retreat grounds will be given one verbal warning. After which they will forfeit their booking with us and will not receive any refund of payment.
13. We recommend that all people traveling to Morocco have comprehensive travel, cancellation & medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
14. Note that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of valuable or other items, whilst we have a safe for the safekeeping of passports and monies, and padlocks at our reception, we strongly recommend that you do not bring items of great value with you and if you do then you should keep them with you at all times.
15. We reserve the right to undertake maintenance work and light building works at anytime during the season without prior warning. Any planned, major works will be communicated to you in advance.
Accommodation Refund Policy
If a teacher cancels a course then the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
The balance is refundable as follows:
Cancellation 0 – 30 days before start date of holiday 0% refund.
Cancellation 31 – 60 days before start date of holiday 50% refund.
Cancellation more than 60 days before start date of holiday the deposit is non-refundable and non transferable.
All bookings that cannot be realized due to a worldwide pandemic like Covid-19 (airport closures, quarantine regulations because of travel warnings) can be rebooked flexibly within the period of 12 months from the original booking. We will keep the already paid amount 100% for the rescheduled retreat. There will be no extra rebooking fees. We can not accept rebookings or refund for teachers or participants who are not able to travel because of positive Covid-19 tests or not fulfilling the entrance conditions.
Leadership Training Terms & Conditions
1. In case of cancellation, the balance is refundable as follows:
Cancellation 0-30 days before start date of the training 0% refund.
Cancellation 31-180 days before start date of the training 50% refund.
2. If the trainer cancels the course the full amount will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered.
3. In case of completion and dissatisfaction with the training we refund 0%.
